Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@rousseaunyc.com with your order number*.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Refunds will be issued minus the shipping cost for all shipped items.

Please note, items must be returned in new, unused condition.

*Please note, all custom orders are final sale and non-returnable. We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by clients. Please double check all details before placing custom orders.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. CUSTOM ORDERS, INCLUDING FABRIC AND WALLPAPER ARE NOT RETURNABLE. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
